This hotel was truly luxurious. I enjoyed the exclusive amenities, like the outdoor dining area and BBQ facilities, which made me feel pampered and catered to. the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill my needs. the location advantages were also notable, with the venue situated near a beautiful sun terrace and garden area.
The only minor issue was the limited dinner options on the special diet menus. As someone with dietary preferences, I found it difficult to find suitable meals.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything in the room was spotless. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a mobile WiFi router and local phone provided, making it easy for me to stay connected and even use a convenient Uber-like app for transportation. The location on the slope was great, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, with the host, Gaya, being fluent in English and providing a warm welcome and detailed information about the hotel and its services. The flexible breakfast options were a bonus, ensuring that I had a delicious start to my day.
Can't fault anything about it.
